I am a health educator and advocate with a passion for reproductive justice, especially among historically marginalized communities. As a full-spectrum doula, childbirth educator, lactation counselor, and aspiring midwife, I am dedicated to collaboratively creating safe, inclusive and empowering birthing spaces for new families of all backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities. I believe that every individual deserves access to non-judgmental, culturally meaningful information and care throughout the childbearing year. I support clients in making informed decisions toward achieving a pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience that feels comfortable for their own unique needs.

In addition to birth work, I hold a doctorate in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University, and am committed to pursuing ongoing education related to birth and holistic health practices.

I also enjoy practicing yoga and creative writing. I am available to attend births in both home and hospital settings, and in all boroughs of New York.
